  • Despite being a 3rd Party Release, the game was programmed in-house at Sony Europe.
     
  • The letters that make up the text logo all bear small resemblances to animals. The S looks like a snake, the T has a slight turtle shell touch to it, and the E has a claw aspect to it.
     
  • One of the more dismal aspects of the game, and to a degree the Beast Machines sequel, was that the characters don't transform. In the game, most characters simply shrink or grow as their alternate mode pops up to replace them.
