Description
Eight games of fun, some learning too...There's so much fun for a spider's friend to do!

Miss Spider's Tea Party invites children 3 to 7 years old to enter David Kirk's world of color and wonder. Eight games provide hours of fun with a healthy serving of age-appropriate basic skills practice. Miss Spider's friends want to attend her party, but they each have a problem that needs to be resolved. It's up to the child to play the games and help all the friends make it to the party.

With lots of beautiful 3D images and animation, this game captures the unique look and feel of the book and will surely broaden and enhance your child's relationship with Miss Spider and her friends.

Review
The above pretty much sums up the game. It's a bit rough around the edges, but aside from the bizarre glitch mentioned in the trivia, it is a decent kids game. There's not a whole lot of satisfaction felt once you complete each game however, which could cause boredom very quickly.

...

Yes...I played through the whole game...I had to for the review.

Srsly.

Trivia
  • I'm not really sure if this is a glitch or not, or maybe an issue with the PS2's handling of the game. The Memory game (pictured far left), displays the same color for all the pieces, even though they are supposed to be multiple colors. The first time I tried, all the pieces were blue; the second they were all orange. May be a glitch in the randomizer. Even if the pieces look the same, the game will tell you they do not match.

  • The graphic designer must have had a rough time when it came to labeling the artwork. The disc's PSRM is used in the secondary ID slot, the ISBN number is plastered all over the UPC and top back of the insert.
