Description / Review
The sequel to the original Gex, Dana Gould returns as the voice of our favorite wise-cracking Gecko. Once again he must duke it out against Rez over hundreds of television and movie parodies and levels that mock everything in Hollywood.
  • Trivia
  • While Dana Gould made Gex's voice famous in the US, his European counterpart was none other than Leslie Phillips.
  • Bruce Robertson, who handles lead bad guy Rez's voice, has had some other video game voice-overs, including two characters in Capcom's Street Fighter III.

  • The Japanese name is Spin Tail.

  • Dana Gould provided over 500 one liners and wise-cracks.

  • Two versions exist for the packaging. See below.

Greatest Hits
This game was never released as a Greatest Hits.

Variations / Misprints
There was a later release of Gex: Enter the Gecko with magazine scores placed on the cover, which you can see illustrated here:

The back is also varied, as the 'scores' version has a new quote replacing the "Potential great game" version with the "Is a great game" quote, both from two different sources. See below:
