Ridge Racer Pack-In
Probably the greatest pack-in creation ever (though Super Mario World with the Super Nintendo is a close second), Sony updated the original offering by tossing in Nacmo's Ridge Racer title. Ridge Racer was still in the long box format, and had a special "Not For Resale" variant, where the long box had no barcode and both CD and manual were labeled as such. This was the final version of the long box release before it went to the standard jewel case.

They also included the Developer's Demo CD with the PlayStation Picks CD. The Developer's Demo was originally a free bonus to those that pre-ordered the original system. Both CDs fit in the oddly designed double case, which the flap covered in one fold.

Both system boxes, much less the complete package are very rare; seldom coming up in the hunt due to most people tossing out their shipping materials. The NFR Ridge Racer variant can still be found on a regular basis without much hassle.

Toshinden Pack-In
The other pack-in version belongs with Toshinden. Released in the smaller jewel case version, it adheres to the same NFR rules as Ridge Racer. The only difference is that there's no Developer's Demo in this version.

Of note is the Toshinden box being bi-lingual. Both versions are listed as SCPH - 1001 / 94000.

Sony would not have another pack-in game until the final days of the PSOne, creating a higher priced bundle that included 3 Greatest Hits.
