NBA 2 Ball - White Sleeve Version

The White Sleeve version is actual the same NBA 2Ball disc as the black sleeve version. The difference here is that the 'white sleeve' is actually White Trade Demo Sleeve with 2 labels slapped on the front and back.

Pizza Hut Demo - Canadian 'Wide Version'?

A fellow gamer spotted this in an auction. It's like the US Version, but the sleeve is wider; it' snot square, but rectangle. Picture is from the original auction.

PlayStation Demo Disc - Sponsored by Ford Motor Company

This came to light from another gamer, and the image from the original seller. This is a demo based off of the 'PlayStation Demo Disc' Spring release. It has the Ford logo on the upper left and is turquoise / green in color.

Rogue Trip Demo (Regular, Not the same as the Trade Demo)

This was listed on Lockshaw's web-site with minimal information. No image of the disc or sleeve is available.

Needed Retail Releases

Resident Evil Long Box - Flat Cardboard (Even if it's just the long box)

This will have a flat, left side with one piece construction. If your box's left side is bumpy, and hinged, that's NOT the box I need.

Battle Arena Toshinden - 'Standard Jewel Case release"

This looks just like the 'Not For Resale" version, but it doesn't have the NFS on it. It looks like a regular retail release. See the huge blank, black spot between the sony logo and the purple guy's arm? Exactly.
